Rates are $50 per hour
(includes engineer, musical production services)

Because we really want to support local musicians, we keep our rates low.
There are no day-rates or special deals. We are a high-end studio, but we keep it simple and affordable.
We don't charge for a few CD-R's at the end of the session or guitar picks. No hidden costs.

We recommend mastering at a dedicated mastering studio for projects recorded here. A fresh set of ears that hasn't been down in the weeds of mixing is a good idea. We do offer mastering sessions at Lake Union Recording at $60.00/hour for projects where that is appropriate.

Backups are done nightly at no charge
Archiving to DVD, Hard Drive, or another format you choose is billed at the regular hourly rate

Cancellation Policy
Please notify us 72 hours before a session if you need to reschedule or cancel.
If less than 72 hours notice is given, we will charge for 50% of the session.

Piano Tuning fee 80.00 (the piano is tuned monthly and stays in tune reasonably well,
but projects featuring the piano may require a fresh tuning just prior to the session)

Payment is expected at the end of each session
